Bulk Email Verification
If you have a list of emails — from a newsletter signup, a CRM export, or a lead gen campaign — Bulk Verify is your fastest path to a clean, deliverable list.
How It Works
- Go to Bulk Verify in your dashboard
- Click Add List and upload a
.csvfile (one email per row) - Review the email count — credits are only charged when you click Start Verification
- Watch real-time progress as Mailtrix works through your list
- Download results when complete — filter by Valid, Invalid, Risky, Catch-all, or Unknown
Download Options
Once a job completes, you can download:

Queue System
Jobs are processed in order. During high traffic, you'll see your position in the queue. The page updates automatically — no need to refresh.
Credit Refunds
If a job fails for any reason, all credits are automatically refunded to your account.
